Seniors for Seniors
The Big Dog Ranch Rescue Seniors for Seniors program matches Florida seniors with senior rescue dogs. It was created to address one of the most at-risk categories of canine populations - senior dogs who are 7 years or older.
This volunteer-supported program consists of two opportunities. The first is our supported adoption program, which matches senior dogs with senior citizens. The second is a visitation program that is designed to promote love and companionship in the most supportive way.
Through adoption events, visits to senior living facilities, and partnerships with like-minded businesses, Big Dog Ranch Rescue is working to make a difference in the lives of these deserving people and dogs!
Adoption
