Our mission is to save 10,000 dogs every year, to heal and place them with loving families and to educate people about the proper care for dogs and the importance of spaying and neutering.

Our Mission is to RESCUE, REHABILITATE AND EDUCATE until every dog has a loving and safe place to call home. We believe we can, and we will see an end to dog homelessness and abuse through legislative efforts, hard work and strategic partnerships near and far. Our first pillar is EDUCATION,
aiming to enlighten the public about the critical issues happening in our own communities. Many people remain unaware of the severe pet crisis unfolding across the nation—overcrowded shelters, rising owner surrenders, and a lack of affordable spay/neuter services have created a heartbreaking cycle of suffering. Families are forced to make impossible choices, often surrendering beloved pets due to economic hardship or housing challenges. By equipping shelter directors, volunteers, and community advocates with the knowledge to take action, we can empower them to fight for the well- being of these innocent animals, combat infectious diseases, and work toward ending unnecessary euthanasia.
Our second pillar is STERILIZATION.
By addressing the issue of unwanted litters and the subsequent homelessness of dogs, we can make a significant impact. We will venture into forgotten corners of rural and underserved communities, offering free sterilization services to those who cannot afford them.
Through reducing accidental breedings, we can stem the tide of suffering and death. Additionally, we will launch spay and neuter buses, traveling county by county across the nation, eradicating the root causes of this crisis.
Our third pillar is LEGISLATION,
which is essential in addressing the root causes of the current pet crisis. Unregulated breeding, lack of spay/ neuter access, and overcrowded shelters have led to millions of healthy, adoptable dogs being euthanized each year.

We are committed to advocating for laws and policies that prioritize animal welfare, regulate breeders, and support overwhelmed shelters. Strong legislation, combined with community action, ensures a future where no dog suffers needlessly, and compassion takes precedence over heartlessness.
Finally, COLLABORATION will be our united front against the forces that seek to divide us. Every animal lover, rescue, and shelter will be brought together in a formidable alliance.
