That’s why we rely on our Animal Care Specialists! Big Dog Ranch Rescue wouldn’t run successfully without these animal lovers. These are our employees that work with the dogs day in and day out. They are committed to the health and well being of our dogs, they help the dogs transition from a public shelter or abusive/neglectful situation, and they give them the routine and structure they need to adjust to their future lives.

Oftentimes potential adopters will come to the ranch with their heart set on a particular dog. We love that people take the time to visit our website and meet the dogs we have available! However, even if a dog seems particularly cute, or particularly perfect, that pup is still an individual with his or her own personality. That means that a dog that looks like it may be just what you want, might actually need a different lifestyle than the one you live.

And that’s okay!

That’s where our Animal Care Specialists come in. Because BDRR has a forever commitment to our dogs, we care most about making sure the match is perfect. We would hate to have both you and your new dog be unhappy with the other because you aren’t what the other was looking for in a relationship.

When coming out to the ranch, we recommend visiting us with an open mind. If you give us a chance to know you, you give us a chance to match you with the dog that you may have never guessed would be the perfect pup for you. Please trust our team that knows these dogs best. And if we don’t have that perfect match right now, we’d rather encourage you to wait for that magic moment with your ideal match.
